At Walker Edison, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply to certain furniture items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your generated return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of the carton, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
